Please bring running clothes and running shoes to every practice
Please bring a one piece polyester swim suit (that will stay on when you push off the wall) goggles and a latex or silicone cap to every practice.
If you are on your period, you must use tampons (bring a supply) during practice. If you can’t use them, you will not be allowed in the pool. Pads are NOT an option in the pool.
You will be expected to swim with your face in the water. We will teach you the competitive strokes, competitive turns and how to dive off the blocks (which you are expected to do by the end of the 2nd week of practice) but this is not swim lessons so a basic knowledge of swimming is necessary for your own safety.
